SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM A PACIENTES COM HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL SISTÊMICA ASSISTIDOS NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE: ESTUDO DE CASO

A Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica (HAS) é uma enfermidade sem causa específica definida, onde sua identificação tem o potencial de orientar o desenvolvimento de medidas de controle e tratamento. A HAS interfere na qualidade de vida das pessoas acometidas, acarretando sérios riscos à saúde de ordem geral. Isso reforça a necessidade de direcionar ações de saúde desde intervenções preventivas voltadas para a melhoria do estilo de vida. Trata-se da realização de um estudo de caso. O presente estudo foi desenvolvido por acadêmicos do curso de graduação em Enfermagem do Centro Universitário Doutor Leão Sampaio, durante o estágio curricular da disciplina de Saúde Coletiva, realizado em uma Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) no município de Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará. O Processo de Enfermagem é uma ferramenta utilizada para a organização, planejamento e segurança do trabalho do profissional de enfermagem, haja vista a promoção, prevenção e manutenção da saúde do paciente. A aplicação do Processo de Enfermagem (PE) ao paciente com quadro de hipertensão arterial sistêmica permitiu a criação de um plano de tratamento eficaz, direcionado à atenuação e/ou melhora do quadro clínico, além de abordar as necessidades psicossociais e psicobiológicas do paciente.

  • Abstract: Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH) is a disease with no specific defined cause, and its identification has the potential to guide the development of control and treatment measures. SAH interferes with the quality of life of those affected, causing serious health risks in general. This reinforces the need to direct health actions towards preventive interventions aimed at improving lifestyle. This is a case study. This study was carried out by undergraduate nursing students at the Centro Universitário Doutor Leão Sampaio, during their internship in the discipline of Collective Health, in a Family Health Strategy (ESF) in the municipality of Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará. The Nursing Process is a tool used for the organization, planning and safety of the nursing professional's work, with a view to promoting, preventing and maintaining the patient's health. Applying the Nursing Process (NP) to a patient with systemic arterial hypertension enabled the creation of an effective treatment plan, aimed at mitigating and/or improving the clinical condition, as well as addressing the patient's psychosocial and psychobiological needs.
