SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DA ENFERMAGEM EM CRIANÇA EM CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS POR MALFORMAÇÃO ARTERIOVENOSA CEREBRAIS (MAV’s)
O estudo aqui apresentado foi
construído com base na assistência de
enfermagem ao paciente com malformação
arteriovenosa cerebrais e em pesquisa
bibliográfica, com o objetivo de analisar a
sistematização de enfermagem no ambiente
de internação hospitalar. O referente estudo
visa aplicar a Sistematização da Assistência
de Enfermagem em uma criança em cuidados
paliativos, internada no Hospital Universitário
da UFMA Unidade Materno – Infantil, utilizando
a taxonomia NANDA-NIC-NOC. Com a
investigação apontou-se os diversos olhares e
funções, ressaltando a importância que todos
na equipe multiprofissional tem suas atribuições
nos cuidados paliativos pediátricos e que como
o enfermeiro geralmente é o profissional com
o maior contato com o paciente, ele tem papel
primordial, podendo trabalhar principalmente
com conforto do paciente. É essencial que
além da criança, a equipe deve voltar-se para
o cuidador, uma vez que no CP o alvo é a
atenção ao binômio paciente- família. No caso
o cuidador na maioria das vezes são os pais,
responsabilizados pela criança em situação
de dependência, frequentemente, abdicando
da própria vida. Por fim, após levantamentos
dos resultados esperados e intervenções de
Enfermagem ao caso concreto, constatouse
que a sistematização da assistência de
enfermagem converge no intuito de facilitar a
recuperação da saúde da criança, aumentando
o seu conforto e tendo um prognostico
satisfatório, positivo.

Abstract:
The present study was based on
nursing care for the patient with poor venous
arteriovenous formation and on a bibliographical research, with the objective of
analyzing the nursing systematization in the hospital admission environment. The aim
of this study is to apply the Systematization of Nursing Care in a child in palliative care,
hospitalized at the University Hospital of UFMA Maternal and Child Unit, using the
NANDA - NIC - NOC taxonomy. The investigation pointed out the different views and
functions, emphasizing the importance that everyone in the multiprofessional team has
its attributions in pediatric palliative care and that as the nurse is usually the professional
with the greatest contact with the patient, it has a primordial role and can work primarily
with patient comfort. It is essential that in addition to the child, the team should turn to
the caregiver, since in the CP the target is attention to the binomial patient-family. In
the case the caregiver is most often the parents, responsible for the child in a situation
of dependency, often giving up life itself. Finally, after surveys of the expected results
and nursing interventions to the specific case, it was found that the systematization of
nursing assistance converges with the purpose of facilitating the recovery of the child’s
health, increasing their comfort and having a satisfactory and positive prognosis.
