SISTEMAS DE CLASSIFICAÇÃO DE ENFERMAGEM NANDA INTERNACIONAL COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE ENSINO E DE CUIDADO AO USUÁRIO COM ADOECIMENTO NEUROLÓGICO: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Trata-se de relato de experiência sobre os cuidados de enfermagem ao usuário com adoecimento neurológico baseado no Sistema de Classificação de Diagnósticos de Enfermagem (DE) da NANDA Internacional (NANDA-I,) e a Classificação de Intervenções de Enfermagem – Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) e a Classificação de Resultados de Enfermagem – Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). Objetivo: Relatar a experiência com o uso do sistema de classificação de enfermagem NANDA-I, NIC e NOC, como estratégia de ensino e de cuidado durante a hospitalização do usuário com adoecimento neurológico. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, elaborado por acadêmicos do curso de Enfermagem da Universidade Comunitária da Região de Chapecó, durante as atividades teórico-práticas (ATPs). Resultados e discussão: Durante as ATPs realizadas no setor de neurologia, o uso das taxonomias de enfermagem mostrou-se ser um excelente instrumento para os acadêmicos efetivarem as etapas do processo de enfermagem (PE) de forma integral e ofertar um cuidado individualizada. A partir do referencial taxonômico, implementou-se todas as etapas do PE, corroborando na identificação dos diagnósticos de enfermagem, no planejamento, nas indicações das intervenções e avaliações dos cuidados aplicados, qualificando os registros de enfermagem e validando o processo de cuidado proposto pelo Enfermeiro coordenador do serviço de neurologia. Conclusão: O uso dos sistemas de classificação de enfermagem, NANDA-I, NIC e NOC, direcionam os acadêmicos de enfermagem na aplicação dos conhecimentos técnico-científicos, oportunizando maior consolidação e maturidade no âmbito da ciência e do cuidado.

Abstract:
This monography is an experience report about the nursing cares to the user with neurological illness based on the International Nursing Diagnosis Classification System (NANDA-I,), on the Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) and on the Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). Objective: Report the experience with the use of the nursing classification systems NANDA-I, NIC and NOC, as a teaching and care strategy during the hospitalization of an user with neurological sickening. Methodology: Descriptive study, of experience report type, prepared by students of the Nursing Course of the Universidade Comunitária da Região de Chapecó (Communitary University of the Region of Chapecó), during the theoretical-practical activities (ATPs). Results and discussion: During the ATPs carried out in the neurology sector, the use of nursing taxonomies proved to be an excellent instrument for academics to implement the stages of the nursing process (NP) in an integral way. From the taxonomic framework, all stages of the NP were fullfilled, corroborating on the identification of the nursing diagnoses, on the planning and on the indications of interventions and evaluations of applied care, qualifying the nursing records and validating the care process proposed by the Nurse Coordinator of the neurology service. Conclusion: The use of the nursing classyfing systems Nanda-I, NIC and NOC, directed nursing students in the application of technical-scientific knowledge, providing greater consolidation and maturity in the scope of science and care.
