Abstract: In this article, a collaborative robotic system is presented for exploration and rescue tasks. It consists of a main robot with movement capabilities that can be used in non-conventional terrains like earthquake debris. The main robot has communication with a human that is installed in a safe place. The robot has a camera with an image recognition software that enable to send images to the human for decision making. Also, has a mapping software to trace all the movement made. The main robot has a set of sensors that allow to send data of temperature, level of CO2, humidity, and light. A small robot is place inside the main robot. This robot has the same sensors capability as the main robot. This robot is also in communication with the human. The main purpose of this robot is that it can be used to get into the debris. Being small allows it to enter places that the main robot would not have access to. This document aims to show the way in which the robotic system works. Also shows the conception of ideas, prototypes, and its construction.
