como principal objetivo avaliar qual tem sido o

papel do Sistema Interamericano de Direitos

Humanos (SIDH) no que concerne à promoção,

salvaguarda e efetiva proteção das violações

aos Direitos Humanos das mulheres em solo

latino-americano.

linked to the Faculty of Law of the Universidade

Federal do Rio Grande (FADIR/FURG) and

transcribed in this paper, has as main objective

to assess what has been the role of the InterAmerican Commission on Human Rights

(IACHR) regarding the promotion, protection

and effective protection of the human rights

violations against women in Latin America.
