Abstract: Venezuelan SMEs, specifically in the perfume sector, often lack adequate structuring of their processes. This makes it difficult to measure their efficiency and identify areas for improvement. The solution proposed is the implementation of a management indicator system based on the UNE 66175:2003 standard and the Kaplan and Norton models. This system would allow companies to unfold their strategic objectives, identify key processes and measure their performance through four perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth. By applying this methodology, companies will be able to build knowledge and continuously improve their operations.
