• Abstract: The system for archiving and tracking scientific publications in educational institutions aims to improve the management of academic and research output. Currently, many institutions face challenges with the manual and scattered organization of products such as publications, theses, and reports, which makes access, control, and recognition difficult. The proposal involves developing a digital system that records, organizes, and facilitates the monitoring of these resources, ensuring their integrity and promoting transparency. The process included requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and training, using modern and secure technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, Chartjs, PHP, and MySQL databases. The results demonstrated increased efficiency in management, better accessibility, and preservation of scientific production, as well as strengthened institutional evaluation and visibility. The implementation contributes to a more transparent and modern research culture, enabling institutions to enhance their academic impact and efficiently and securely manage their scientific products.
