Abstract: Marfan Syndrome (MS) is a genetic disorder of connective tissue with multisystemic clinical manifestations that primarily affect the skeletal, ocular, and cardiovascular systems. This integrative review aims to analyze the contributions of physical therapy in the clinical management of MS. A search was conducted in the PubMed, SciELO, and PEDro databases using the descriptors “Marfan Syndrome,” “physical therapy,” and “rehabilitation,” selecting articles published between 2015 and 2024. The analysis revealed that physical therapy can significantly improve patients’ quality of life, mainly through muscle strengthening, postural improvement, and respiratory re-education. Despite the scarcity of specific publications, the results indicate that a well-targeted physical therapy approach can mitigate functional limitations, prevent deformities, and promote autonomy in individuals with MS.
