SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EM PROFESSORES DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA DA REDE PÚBLICA ESTADUAL DE ENSINO DO MUNICÍPIO DE LAGARTO/SE
Pesquisadores de diversas áreas têm demonstrado preocupação com as doenças crônicas relacionadas aos efeitos do trabalho na saúde do profissional. Considerada o estágio mais avançado do estresse no trabalho, a Síndrome de Burnout é considerada uma modalidade de stress ocupacional, que atinge profissionais no desempenho de funções assistenciais as quais envolvem serviços humanos, educação e saúde. O objetivo do presente estudo foi mensurar as dimensões da Síndrome de Burnout em professores de Educação Física da rede pública estadual, localizada em município do estado Sergipe região Sul. A amostra foi composta de 15 professores de educação física . Foram empregados o Maslach Burnout Inventory – MBI para educadores e um questionário sócio demográfico A análise dos dados consistiu de avaliação descritiva para caracterizar a amostra e identificar os escores da Síndrome de Burnout e na avaliação da distribuição, utilizando o teste de Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Na segunda fase se calculou o coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach no intuito de testar a consistência interna do MBI. Na terceira fase se comparou os dados obtidos entre as variáveis sociodemográficas: sexo, estado civil, idade, tempo de exercício da profissão, carga horária e outro vínculo empregatício, com as três dimensões do MBI, utilizando-se dos testes não paramétricos Mann- Whitney e Kruskal-Wallis. Para o processamento e análises das respostas se utilizou o programa estatístico SPSS para Windows, versão 2.0 . Os resultados obtidos demonstram diferenças significativas entre os professores de educação física da rede pública estadual na cidade de Lagarto, porém os indicadores encontrados nas três dimensões apontam para um possível desenvolvimento e instalação do Burnout .

Abstract:
Researchers from different areas have shown concern with chronic diseases related to the effects of work on the health of professionals. Considered the most advanced stage of stress at work, Burnout Syndrome is considered a modality of occupational stress, which affects professionals in the performance of care functions which involve human services, education and health. The objective of the present study was to measure the dimensions of the Burnout Syndrome in Physical Education teachers from the state public network, located in a municipality in the state of Sergipe in the southern region. The sample was composed of 15 physical education teachers. The Maslach Burnout Inventory - MBI for educators and a socio-demographic questionnaire were used. The data analysis consisted of a descriptive evaluation to characterize the sample and identify the scores of the Burnout Syndrome and in the evaluation of the distribution, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. In the second phase, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated in order to test the internal consistency of the MBI. In the third phase, the data obtained between the sociodemographic variables were compared: sex, marital status, age, time in the profession, workload and other employment relationship, with the three dimensions of the MBI, using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney tests and Kruskal-Wallis. For the processing and analysis of the answers, the statistical program SPSS for Windows, version 2.0 was used. The results obtained demonstrate significant differences between physical education teachers from the state public school in the city of Lagarto, however the indicators found in the three dimensions point to a possible development and installation of Burnout.
