SIGIPR – SISTEMA DE GESTÃO INTEGRADO DE PERÍMETROS DE REGA
O SIGIPR (Sistema de Gestão Integrado de Perímetros de Rega) constitui a ferramenta de uma Junta de Agricultores para a gestão dos Aproveitamentos Hidroagrícolas do Açafal e Coutada/Tamujais (Vila Velha de Rodão, Portugal), de forma a dar cumprimento ao estabelecido no DR n.º 86/82 de 12 de Novembro (estabelece a base dos Regulamentos das Juntas de Agricultores para os pequenos regadios de interesse local, definindo as atribuições das Juntas de Agricultores, estabelecimento das Taxas, respectivos critérios e valores a cobrar), e ainda, o Decreto-Lei n.º 86/2002 de 6 de Abril, que actualiza o regime jurídico das obras de aproveitamento hidroagrícola estabelecido pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 269/82 de 10 de Julho, que estabelece e actualiza um conjunto de regras e procedimentos, nomeadamente quanto às Taxas de Conservação e Exploração e à liquidação e cobrança das mesmas taxas.
Funcionando como ferramenta única, os seus módulos facilitam a gestão das Campanhas de Rega dos Aproveitamentos Hidroagrícolas referidos, bem como define os critérios obrigatórios da respectiva regulamentação, com o fim de adequar a especificidade dos Perímetros, integrando variados tipos de abastecimento (Baixa Pressão, Média Pressão, Alta Pressão e Bombagem).

Abstract:
The SIGIPR (Integrated Management System of Irrigation Perimeters) is a tool for management of the Irrigation Schemes of Açafal and Coutada/Tamujais (Vila Velha de Rodão, Portugal), in order to perform the established in the DR nº 86/82, 12 November (establish the basis of the rules for small irrigation schemes with local interest, defining the assignments of Farmer Associations, establish the water rates, their criteria and values to be charged), and, with the DR nº 86/2002, April 6, updating the legal status of the irrigation project works established by DR nº 269/82, 10 July, and establish and updating a set of rules and procedures, namely the conservation and exploration rates and the charging of the same rates.
Functioning as a single tool, the modules facilitate the management of the irrigation seasons inside the irrigation schemes, as well as execute the required criteria of the relevant regulations, in order to suit the specificity of the schemes, integrating various types of supply and pumping.
