SEXUALIDADE, GÊNERO E EDUCAÇÃO NA REVISTA PRESENÇA PEDAGÓGICA
Consciente que a sexualidade é
inerente a formação da identidade do indivíduo,
e que está presente desde o nascimento até
a mais tenra idade, justifica-se pesquisar e
estudar sobre o tema. Com a chegada do novo
milênio é possível perceber que a discussão
a respeito da sexualidade está presente em
diferentes espaços, na mídia, nas revistas, na
escola, nos grupos de estudos localizados em
diferentes universidades/faculdades em todo o
país. Com objetivo de refletir e problematizar
as questões ligadas à sexualidade, gênero e
educação, este trabalho tem como objetivo
geral identificar o que dizem os artigos da revista
Presença Pedagógica sobre o tema. Trata-se
de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental.
No total foram analisadas 60 revistas editadas
no período de 2005 a 2015. A revista é dividida
em seções: artigos, entrevistas, reportagens,
ponto de vista e dicionário crítico da educação.
Procurou-se identificar nas seções das revistas
aqueles que tratam sobre o tema sexualidade,
quais conteúdos são abordados, classificar as
produções como de cunho informativo, teórico
ou prático e identificar qual a concepção de
sexualidade adotada. Após analisar as seções
das edições da revista selecionada identificouse
710 artigos/entrevistas/reportagens, sendo
que destes apenas 11 exploram o tema
sexualidade e gênero e, a maioria, é de apoio
pedagógico.

Abstract:
Conscious that sexuality is
inherent in the formation of the identity of the
individual, and that is present from birth to the
youngest age, it is justified to research and
study on the subject. With the arrival of the
new millennium, it is possible to realize that the
discussion about sexuality is present in different
spaces, in the media, in the magazines, in
the school, in the groups of studies located in
different universities/colleges throughout the
country. With the objective of reflecting and
problematizing the issues related to sexuality,
gender and education, this work has as general
objective to identify what the articles of Presença
Pedagógica magazine say about the theme. This
is a bibliographical and documentary research.
In total, 60 magazines edited from 2005 to 2015
were analyzed. The magazine is divided into
sections: articles, interviews, reports, point of view and critical dictionary of education.
It was sought to identify in the sections of the journals those that deal with the topic
sexuality, what contents are approached, classify the productions as informative,
theoretical or practical and identify the conception of sexuality adopted. After analyzing
the sections of the editions of the selected magazine, 710 articles/ interviews/reports
were identified, of which only 11 explore the theme of sexuality and gender, and most
of them are pedagogical support.
