SEXUALIDADE, GÊNERO E DIVERSIDADE: PROMOVENDO O DIÁLOGO NO ESPAÇO ESCOLAR / SEXUALITY, GENDER AND DIVERSITY: PROMOTING DIALOGUE IN THE SCHOOL SPACE
Introdução: O debate sobre sexualidade na adolescência deve permear o ambiente escolar e não ser restrito ao sentido biológico, como se observa na atualidade. É preciso mobilizar conhecimento, aprendizagem e habilidades sobre essa temática na escola com estratégias mais participativas. Objetivo: relatar experiência educativa desenvolvida com participantes do Projeto de Extensão Promoção de Saúde para adolescentes no espaço escolar. Método: relato de experiência desenvolvida por discentes do curso de Enfermagem da UPE Petrolina, realizada com 56 adolescentes, estudantes do 7º e do 9º ano de uma escola estadual no interior de Pernambuco. Realizou-se oficinas sobre Sexualidade, Gênero e Diversidade Sexual na adolescência; o material foi produzido por meio de registros escritos, recortes e desenhos livres, com produção e exposição de painel temático pelos escolares. A aprendizagem foi avaliada com base em pré e pós-testes. Resultados: as oficinas estimularam a integração e o diálogo dos adolescentes com seus pares, dinamizando as produções e a troca de experiências. A sua percepção aponta para limitações na compreensão das diferenças entre sexualidade, orientação sexual, gênero e diversidade e os testes evidenciam noções prévias e posteriores insatisfatórias. Enfatizam a ausência de diálogo sobre o assunto nos ambientes escolar e familiar e evocam o desejo de que isso aconteça. O medo e constrangimento permearam as falas e demonstram o caráter proibitivo ao se tratar do assunto. Conclusão: é preciso trazer a escola e a família para o diálogo com os adolescentes e isso requer distanciar os constrangimentos de gênero e desnaturalizar estereótipos que orientam valores e comportamentos, adotar postura inclusiva, cidadã e contextualizada, que ultrapasse a materialidade biológica e moral da sexualidade. Requer também assumir a responsabilidade pela educação e orientação sexual desses jovens. Os escolares avaliaram as oficinas positivamente, como um método pertinente para abordagem da temática.

Abstract:
Introduction: The debate on sexuality in adolescence should permeate the school environment and not be restricted to the biological sense, as currently observed. There is need to mobilize knowledge, learning and skills on this theme at school with more participatory strategies. Objective: to report educational experience developed with participants of the Health Promotion Extension Project for adolescents in the school space. Method: experience report developed by students of the Nursing course at the UPE Petrolina, conducted with 56 adolescents, students from the 7th and 9th grades of a state school in inland Pernambuco. Workshops on Sexuality, Gender and Sexual Diversity in adolescence were conducted; the material was produced through written records, clippings and free drawings, with production and exhibition of thematic panel by the students. Learning was evaluated based on pre- and post-tests. Results: the workshops stimulated the integration and dialogue of adolescents with their peers, boosting productions and exchanging experiences. Their perception points to limitations in understanding the differences between sexuality, sexual orientation, gender and diversity, and the tests show unsatisfactory previous and later notions. They emphasize the absence of dialogue on the subject in the school and family environments and evoke the desire for this to happen. Fear and embarrassment permeated the statements and demonstrated the prohibitive character when addressing the subject. Conclusion: there is need to bring the school and the family to dialogue with adolescents and this requires distancing gender constraints and denaturalizing stereotypes that guide values and behaviors, adopting an inclusive, citizen and contextualized behavior that goes beyond the biological and moral materiality of sexuality. It also requires taking responsibility for the education and sexual orientation of these young people. The students evaluated the workshops positively as a relevant method to approach the theme.
