A violência intrafamiliar contra

crianças e adolescentes é um problema

complexo. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi

investigar e analisar com base na literatura

nacional como as redes de proteção e/ou

serviços atuam no enfrentamento da violência

intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes. Este

estudo é uma revisão integrativa da literatura

e os descritores utilizados foram "violência

intrafamiliar e crianças e adolescentes AND

violência doméstica e crianças e adolescentes".

A busca foi feita nas seguintes bases: Scielo,

Lilacs (Portal BVS) e Capes; foram incluídos

na pesquisa artigos da literatura nacional e

em língua portuguesa, publicados no período

de 1990 a 2017 e que atendessem ao objetivo

da pesquisa. Foram analisados 15 artigos

e constatou-se: hegemonia de pesquisas

qualitativas na área da saúde; maioria dos

estudos da região sudeste; ausência de trabalho

em rede; falta de iniciativa do poder público;

efetividade de algumas intervenções com

crianças, adolescentes e famílias; carência de

trabalhos de prevenção e junto a comunidade.

Concluiu-se que o enfrentamento da violência

intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes

ainda apresenta inúmeras limitações e desafios,

mesmo demonstrando alguns avanços

potenciais.

Abstract:
Family violence against children

and adolescents is a complex. This research

was based on national literature and aimed

to examine and analyse how the protection

networks and/or other services deal with family

violence against children and adolescents. This

is an integrative review and the descriptors

used were: “intrafamily violence and children

and adolescents AND domestic violence and

children and adolescents”. Data were collected

on the following databases: Scielo, Lilacs (Portal

BVS) and Capes; in this study were included

national articles written in Portuguese which were published from 1990 to 2017 as well

as those that approached the requested goals. Fifteen articles were analyzed and it was

verified: hegemony of qualitative researches in the health area; majority of studies in the

southeast region; lack of networking; lack of initiative of the public power; effectiveness

of some interventions with children, adolescents and families; lack of prevention work

and with the community. It was concluded that the confrontation of intra-family violence

against children and adolescents still presents numerous limitations and challenges,

even showing some potential advances.
