• Abstract: The present study aims to systematize and analyze the humanization practices of Social Work within the hospital environment, seeking to understand the concept of humanization and, consequently, to discuss—based on the systematization of experience reports—the practices of Social Work in response to the demands imposed by hospital routines. Furthermore, it examines how this professional articulates humanized care and the use of professional tools to make this conception effective. The methodological foundation of this research is based on documentary and bibliographic research through experience reports published on the CAPES Portal. An electronic search was conducted using the filter “Social Work and health, experience reports,” resulting in 162 articles. After applying inclusion criteria—experience reports of Social Work professionals in Humanization within health policy, multiprofessional residency students, and hospital-based social workers, published on the CAPES platform between 2017 and 2024—10 articles were selected as the research sample. Content analysis was employed to examine the data through the following analytical categories: Objectives, Theoretical Foundations, Strategies, and Humanization Practices. This study resulted in the systematization of key elements that shape humanization practices in Social Work within the hospital context.
