Abstract: All students of the professions referred to in this Law, as well as professionals not older than 60 years of age, or prevented by serious illness, whether practicing or not, must provide social service in the terms of this Law, Art. 52 REGULATORY LAW OF ARTICLE 5. CONSTITUTIONAL, RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF PROFESSIONS IN MEXICO CITY (Chamber of Deputies - Congress of the Union, 2018). In this sense, the Universidad Veracruzana complies as an Institution with this University Social Responsibility by incorporating Social Service as a subject in the study plans of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Sciences (FIMCN) Veracruz region and within the regulatory framework established in Art. 77 of the 2008 Student Statute and the Social Service Regulations, it is a requirement to comply with 100% of the credits of the Study Plans assigned to the FIMCN to issue the corresponding Title. In this sense, the Registration Procedure Notebook for the Accreditation of the Social Service Educational Experience of the MEIF Educational Programs of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Sciences is an academic project that, through a document, provides a source of information that supports to the students throughout the course of the Social Service course, evaluation and accreditation where appropriate, providing one by one of the steps that must be followed from the registration of the subject, the integration of the request for assignment of the Social Service place , the development of an intervention project of benefit to society, the integration of the formats that accredit the requirements established in the 2008 Student Statute and the Social Service Regulations of the University Legislation, promoting the formalization of the process of linking the school – society – student, the identity and belonging to the Educational Program, in addition to the qualified and quantified evaluation of the soft skills acquired during the exercise of Social Service by the employer or beneficiary sector.
