SER MULHER, SER PESQUISADORA E SER PSICÓLOGA: REFLEXÕES SOBRE O LUGAR SOCIAL DA MULHER NA CIÊNCIA E NA PROFISSÃO
O presente estudo aborda as
experiências e as condições de trabalho das
mulheres na ciência e, especificamente, na
Psicologia. A pesquisa trata-se de uma revisão
bibliográfica narrativa, com foco entre os anos de
1970 e 2015. De início, será abordado a inserção
da mulher no campo científico e acadêmico,
a partir da contradição entre a significativa
presença de mulheres psicólogas e a sua
invisibilidade na área científica. Em seguida,
será discutido o campo dos direitos humanos,
tanto a partir da bibliografia pesquisada quanto
a partir da trajetória profissional da autora,
enquanto professora de nível superior e como
psicóloga social, com percurso profissional no
campo dos direitos humanos e das políticas
públicas.

Abstract:
The present study discuss the
experiences and working conditions of women
in science and, specifically, in Psychology. The
research is a narrative bibliographical review,
with focus between the years of 1970 and 2015.
Initially, it will be approached the insertion of
women in the scientific and academic field,
from the contradiction between the significant
presence of women psychologists and their
invisibility in the scientific area. Then, the field
of human rights will be discussed, both from the
bibliography researched and from the author’s
professional trajectory, as a teacher of higher
education and as a social psychologist, with
professional experience in the field of human
rights and public policies.
