SER AGENTE COMUNITÁRIO DE SAÚDE:SIGNIFICADOS REVELADOS POR MEIO DA TÉCNICA DO GIBI
O objetivo do estudo foi compreender os significados de ser Agente Comunitário de Saúde (ACS). Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada em uma Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) no município do interior de Minas Gerais. Os participantes foram 14 Agentes Comunitários de Saúde. A coleta de dados foi realizada mediante aplicação da Técnica do Gibi e os dados foram submetidos à Análise de Conteúdo. Os preceitos éticos de pesquisas com seres humanos foram respeitados. Os dados revelam a utilização de metáforas pelo ACS para representar o significado de ser ACS, emergindo quatro unidades de significado, são elas: Ser Agente Comunitário de Saúde é Ser Anjo; Ser Super-Herói, Ser Mágico e Ser Carteiro. Em busca pela resolutividade das necessidades da comunidade, o ACS imprime o significado de proteção do usuário, assumindo a representação de anjo, o que o move a buscar resolver os problemas deles, conferindo-lhe significado de Super-Herói da comunidade. O ser Mágico carrega o sentido de estar sempre disponível, a fim de dar respostas aos anseios da comunidade, como que em um passe de mágica. Além disso, consideram que, em meio aos constrangimentos estruturais do sistema de saúde, é preciso mágica para ser resolutivo. E Ser Carteiro carrega o significado de ser elo entre a comunidade e o serviço, porém agrega também uma visão que restringe o escopo das ações dos ACS em realizar entregas e demandas. O estudo permitiu desvendar os significados de ser ACS e inferir que tais representações vêm sendo originadas da prática e dos significados a ela atribuídos, pertencendo a um contexto organizacional, político e social. Os significados atribuídos pelos ACS participam da trama subjetiva de construção de sua identidade profissional.

Abstract:
Qualitative study whose subjects were 14 community health agents of a city in the interior of Minas Gerais. The aim of the study was to understand the meanings about being Community Health Agent (CHA) through the Technical Gibi. Data collection was performed by Gibi Technical. Data analysis was performed by means of Content Analysis. The data shows the use of metaphors by ACS and from which emerged four meaning units: Being Community Health Agent is being Angel; Be Superhero, be Magic and be Postman, revealing a connection of these meanings with the daily tasks of this professional. In pursuit of solving community needs, the ACS prints the meaning of protection, assuming the angel of representation, which moves to seek solve all the problems of the subjects. Thus, believed to be seen by the community as Superhero. Being Magic carries the sense of being always available in order to respond to community aspirations, as if in a magic pass. Also, consider that among the structural health system constraints it takes magic to be able to be resolute. And be postman carries the meaning of being a link between the community and the service, but also adds a vision that greatly restricts the scope of the actions of ACS. The study allowed unravel the meanings of being a CHA and infer that such representations have been originated from the practice and meanings assigned to it, belonging to a political and social organizational context. The meanings attributed by ACS's part of the subjective frame of building your professional identity
