SENTIDOS DO TRABALHO: UMA PERSPECTIVA DE TRABALHADORES DE ECONOMIA SOLIDÁRIA
Nas últimas décadas o mundo do
trabalho passou por diversas transformações,
gerando a flexibilização das organizações
e a precarização das relações de trabalho,
ao mesmo tempo em que se viu aumentar
o fenômeno de associações e cooperativas
criadas pelos trabalhadores. O sentido que o
indivíduo atribui ao seu trabalho também se
transformou, precisando ser analisado nessa
nova configuração. Por essas razões, este
estudo teve o objetivo analisar o sentido que o
participante de um projeto de economia solidária
atribui ao seu trabalho. Para isto, foi realizado um
estudo de caráter qualitativo com participantes
do projeto Artesãs da Maré. Quanto aos fins,
a pesquisa foi descritiva e explicativa, quanto
aos meios, uma pesquisa de campo. Como
resultado, a centralidade do trabalho na vida
do indivíduo e os sentidos atribuídos indicam
tanto recompensa financeira, como também,
sentimentos de autorrealização e solidariedade
gerando satisfação pessoal, aprendizagem,
conhecimento e contribuição com a sociedade.

Abstract:
In the last decades the world of
work has undergone several transformations,
generating the flexibility of organizations and
the precariousness of labor relations, the
same time the phenomenon of associations
and cooperatives created by workers has
been increased. The sense that the individual
attributes to his work has also changed, needing
to be analyzed in this new configuration. For
these reasons, this study had the objective
to analyze the meaning that the participant of
a solidarity economy project attributes to his
work. For this, a qualitative study was carried
out with participants of the Artesãs da Maré
project. Regarding the ends, the research
was descriptive and explanatory, as far as
the means, a field research. As a result, the
centrality of work in the individual’s life and
the assigned meanings indicate both financial
reward and feelings of self-realization and
solidarity, generating personal satisfaction,
learning, knowledge and contribution to society.
