SELEÇÃO DE BOLSISTAS PARA O PIBID CAPES A PARTIR DE VÍDEOS PRODUZIDOS PELOS CANDIDATOS
Este trabalho responde à demanda
de uma agenda que reclama por inovações em
educação, em destaque, no ensino superior
e à formação dos novos docentes, pelo
processo seletivo de discentes ao Programa
Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência
- PIBID- Pedagogia. É uma pesquisa que se
justifica inovadora, pois envolveu a produção
de vídeos ao processo ensino aprendizagem,
em uma perspectiva da profissionalização do
futuro docente. Adotou-se como referencial a
produção de vídeos do ISAT-2018 - A exemplo
da usabilidade dos vídeos em educação
corporativa, a formação dos licenciandos pôde
explorar a ferramenta vídeo como amparo
à pesquisa escolar, com destaque para os
problemas que envolvem o armazenamento do
conteúdo, capacidade técnica da infraestrutura
da escola, bem como a tecnologia do sistema
de gestão da aprendizagem pelo professor
Decorre, então, que a pesquisa trabalhou com a
problemática da motivação dos futuros docentes
ao uso de vídeos educativos. Os objetivos
foram: pontuar as possibilidades e desafios do
uso de vídeos por professores em formação
iniciada. Realizou-se a pesquisa-ação como
metodologia, mediante problemática e objetivos
de pesquisa. Participaram desta pesquisa dez
licenciandos e quatro docentes que participam
do PIBID. Tem-se como resultados que os
candidatos sentiram-se desafiados, adotaram
a inovação, ainda que com dificuldades em
utilizar a ferramenta.

Abstract:
This work answers to the demand for a training program that calls for
innovations in education, at the university, and the training of new teachers, the selective
process of students to the Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching - PIBID -
Pedagogy. It is a research that is justified as innovative, since it involved the production
of videos to the learning teaching process, in a perspective of the professionalization
of the future teacher. The video production of ISAT-2018 was adopted as a reference.
- As for the usability of videos in corporate education, the training of the licensees can
exploit the video tool as a support for school research, especially the problems that
involve the storage of content , technical capacity of the school infrastructure as well as
the technology of the system of management of learning by the teacher. It turns out that
the research worked with the problem of the motivation of the future teachers to the use
of educational videos. The goals were: to punctuate the possibilities and challenges
of the use of videos by teachers in training started. The action research was done as
methodology, through problematic and research objectives. Ten graduates and four
professors participating in PIBID participated in this study. We have as results that the
candidates felt challenged, they adopted the innovation, although with difficulties in
using the tool
