Abstract: The safety of nursing team workers at the material and sterilization center in the face of the pandemic scenario, which constitutes a worrying scenario that is difficult to control. The general objective of the study is to understand the work and safety of CME workers in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is an integrative literature review research, carried out in the months of July and August 2021, in the databases of the Virtual Health Library. Covid-19 has increased the importance of the MS for health services, since These departments are responsible for processing healthcare products and disinfecting some fabrics used in surgical and nursing procedures. It was evidenced in the study that the Nurse's role is broad and complex, it is up to him to manage, coordinate, educate and organize relevant actions in his field of work.
