SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE RELACIONADA AO NOME SOCIAL COMO IDENTIFICADORES HOSPITALARES EM CLIENTES TRANSGÊNEROS
O nome social refere-se à adoção/
adequação ao qual a pessoa transexual prefere
ser reconhecidas socialmente, respeitando
assim suas autodeterminações em torno de
sua identidade de gênero. Objetiva-se analisar
a importância da utilização do nome social na
pulseira de identificação quanto a segurança no
cuidado a pacientes transgêneros. Trata-se de
uma Revisão integrativa da literatura, onde foi
selecionado Descritores em Ciências da Saúde,
português: Segurança do Paciente, Pessoas
Transgênero, Identificação Social e Centros
de Saúde, e inglês: Transgender Persons,
Patient Identification Systems, Health services,
identification e Health services. Busca de dados
na, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval
System Online, e na PubMed, cruzados pelo
operador booleano AND. Critérios de inclusão:
artigos originais, de 2014 a 2018, nos idiomas
português e inglês, e disponíveis na íntegra. E
exclusão: duplicatas, artigos indisponíveis online, pagos e que não contemplassem a
temática. Foram encontrados 41 artigos, contudo, somente 4 se enquadravam nos
critérios de inclusão. Constatou-se que é explícito a ausência e também importante
do uso do nome social nos sistemas de identificação nas unidades de saúde. Esse
estudo apresenta limitações relacionadas ao pequeno número de artigos disponíveis
nas bases de dados acessadas. Destaca-se a importância da identificação social como
humanização, tornando fundamental uma boa assistência as pessoas transgeneros.
Espera-se que este trabalho possa contribuir para o desenvolvimento de outras
pesquisas visando a qualidade da assistência para esse público.

Abstract:
The social name refers to the adoption / adaptation to which the
transvestite or transgender person prefer to be socially recognized, thus respecting
their self-determination around their gender identity. The objective is to analyze the
importance of using the social name in the identification bracelet regarding safety in
the care of transgender patients. This is the Integrative Literature Review method,
selected Health Sciences Descriptors, Portuguese: Patient Safety, Transgender
People, Social Identification and Health Centers, and English: Transgender Persons,
Patient Identification Systems, Health services, identification and Health services. Data
search in the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, and PubMed,
crossed by the Boolean operator AND. Inclusion criteria: original articles, from 2014
to 2018, in Portuguese and English, and available in full. And exclusion: duplicates,
articles unavailable online, paid and not contemplating the theme. We found 41 articles,
however, only 4 met the inclusion criteria. It was found that the absence and also
important of the use of the social name in identification systems in health facilities
is explicit. This study has limitations related to the small number of articles available
in the accessed databases. We highlight the importance of social identification as
humanization, making good care for transgender people fundamental. It is hoped that
this work can contribute to the development of other research aimed at the quality of
care for this public.
