SECRETARIADO EXECUTIVO NO BRASIL E O EXERCÍCIO ILEGAL DA PROFISSÃO
Este trabalho tem por objetivo
analisar a relação entre a formação de
secretariado executivo e os profissionais que
exercem a profissão no Brasil a fim de verificar se
a lei de regulamentação da profissão está sendo
cumprida e quais as nomenclaturas mais usuais
para registrar esse profissional. Por meio de um
estudo descritivo, apresenta o resultado de uma
pesquisa realizada com profissionais da área
de diversas cidades do país sobre a formação,
a atuação como secretário(a) executivo(a) e a
nomenclatura registrada em carteira, de forma
que seja possível avaliar se os empregadores
estão respeitando a legislação. Foi realizada
pesquisa bibliográfica para embasamento do
referencial teórico e pesquisa quantitativa para
a coleta de dados. A pesquisa foi feita por meio
de um questionário on-line, que foi respondido
por 224 profissionais de secretariado, de
novembro/2016 a maio/2017. O estudo revelou
que há muitas nomenclaturas diferentes
sendo utilizadas no mercado para registrar um
profissional de secretariado executivo e há uma
parcela de profissionais que exerce a profissão
sem estar habilitado, o que vai de encontro à
lei de regulamentação. Menos da metade dos
respondentes possui registro profissional como
Secretário(a) Executivo(a).

Abstract:
This work analyzes the
relationship between executive secretariat
formation and professionals working in Brazil in
order to verify if the law regulating the profession
is being fulfilled and what are the most usual
nomenclatures to register this professional.
Through a descriptive study, it presents the
result of a survey previously conducted with
secretariat professionals currently on training in
several cities of the country, acting as executive
secretary and registered nomenclature in a
way that is possible assess whether employers
are complying with legislation. A bibliographic
research was carried out to base the theoretical
reference and quantitative research for data
collection. The research was done through an
online questionnaire, which was answered by
224 secretarial professionals, from November
2016 to May 2017. The study revealed that there
are many different nomenclatures being used in
the market to register an executive secretarial professional and there are a number of employees who practice the profession without
being qualified, which goes against the regulatory law. Less than half of the respondents
have professional registration as an Executive Secretary.
