SAÚDE SEXUAL E REPRODUTIVA DE MULHERES NAS PRISÕES BRASILEIRAS
O principal objetivo do sistema prisional é de viabilizar as condições as pessoas que foram privadas de liberdade, consigam posteriormente conviver socialmente; entretanto, o Sistema Penitenciário brasileiro aponta para uma série de violações no campo de direitos humanos. Objetivo: descrever como é vivenciada a saúde sexual e reprodutiva das mulheres privadas de liberdade no contexto prisional brasileiro por meio das publicações nos últimos cinco (5) anos. Método: trata-se de estudo bibliográfico, tipo revisão integrativa, realizado nas bases de dados contidas na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e na National Library of Medicine (Pubmed) nos meses de março a dezembro de 2018; utilizando os descritores “Prisões”, “Saúde Sexual e Reprodutiva” e “ Mulheres” a boleano “and”. Resultados: O estudo identificou nove (09) artigos originais publicados que trataram da saúde sexual e reprodutiva das mulheres em prisões. Conclusão: A execução dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos tem sido um desafio para as mulheres encarceradas, sendo necessária a criação de políticas públicas efetivas e a realização de ações preventivas e de promoção à saúde que visem transformar a realidade desta população, a fim de promover autonomia e mudanças de comportamento das mulheres privadas de liberdade.

Abstract:
The main objective of the prison system is to make conditions that people who have been deprived of their liberty can later socialize with; however, the Brazilian Penitentiary System points to a series of violations in the field of human rights. Objective: To describe how sexual and reproductive health is experienced by women deprived of their liberty in the Brazilian prison context through publications in the last five (5) years. Method: This is a bibliographic study, integrative review type, conducted in the databases contained in the Virtual Health Library (BVS) and the National Library of Medicine (Pubmed) from March to December 2018; using the descriptors “Prisons”, “Sexual and Reproductive Health” and “Women” in Boolean “and”. Results: The study identified nine (09) original published articles that addressed the sexual and reproductive health of women in prisons. Conclusion: The implementation of sexual and reproductive rights has been a challenge for incarcerated women, and it is necessary to create effective public policies and preventive and health promotion actions that aim to transform the reality of this population, in order to promote autonomy. and behavioral changes of women deprived of liberty. -
