SAÚDE, RECONHECIMENTO E INDENIZAÇÕES: AS REIVINDICAÇÕES DOS ATINGIDOS EM TORNO DAS POLÍTICAS DE REPARAÇÃO
O artigo discute resultados de pesquisa-ação que buscou articular dois objetivos. O primeiro voltado à disseminação de conhecimentos para dar suporte à discussão dos impactos do desastre-crime sobre o meio ambiente, a saúde, a economia e as condições de trabalho da população atingida. O segundo visou estimular as comunidades, selecionadas pela pesquisa, a avaliar os efeitos dos múltiplos danos para formular demandas com alternativas de soluções dos mesmos. A metodologia consistiu na realização de oficinas de capacitação com lideranças comunidades que se tornaram multiplicadores em seus territórios, onde foram formuladas demandas, depositadas em urnas, e realizadas votações cumulativas durante dois anos (2018-2019). Como resultado foram obtidos quase 24.000 votos, em cerca de 500 diferentes reivindicações, as quais foram aglutinadas por semelhança. Deste processo sobressaíram quatro temas prioritários: Trabalho, renda e infraestrutura, Água e meio ambiente, Saúde, Reconhecimento e Indenizações.

Abstract:
The article discusses results of research activity on two main objectives. The first one aims to share knowledge in support of the discussion of the the disaster-crime about the environment, health, economy and the working conditions of the affected population. The second aimed to encourage communities, selected by the research, to analyse the outcomes of the multiple damages, in order to state demands and alternate solutions for themselves. The methodology consisted of workshops with leaders of the community who became multipliers in their territories, where certain demands were formulated, deposited in ballot boxes, and where cumulative votes was held for two years (2018-2019). As a result, almost 24.000 votes were obtained, in about 500 different claims, which were summarized by similarity. Four priority themes emerged from this process: Labour, income and infrastructure, water and the environment, health, recognition and reparation.
