SAÚDE MENTAL E TRABALHO: UMA LEITURA PSICODRAMÁTICA
A saúde mental tem sido afetada pelo fator trabalho na vida do ser humana, por várias questões sociais, econômicas, culturais, políticas, dentre outras. O Psicodrama vem com o intuito de investigar, cuidar das relações humanas, buscando estabelecer uma rede de relação saudável. Então o objetivo geral do trabalho é revisar a temática acerca da saúde mental e trabalho numa perspectiva psicodramática. Caracteriza-se por ser um estudo de revisão de literatura de caráter descritivo, narrativo. Foram utilizadas as palavras-chave: “trabalho”, “saúde mental”, “psicodrama”, as quais foram inseridas nas bases de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online, U. S. National Library of Medicine e Biblioteca Regional de Medicina. A doença mental e/ou transtorno mental vem como produto de vários determinantes sociais em saúde, dentre eles, o trabalho. Essa temática é discutida à luz da Psicodrama até que ponto o trabalho é sinônimo de qualidade de vida e bem-estar na vida do ser humano. Desta forma, a saúde mental do trabalhador depende das relações que ele desenvolve no decorrer de suas ações, de sua história, quer seja antes ou depois de determinado trabalho. O homem é essencialmente relacional e se identifica e diferencia-se na presença do outro. E é na relação com esses outros e com o trabalho, que ele irá resgatar a sua saúde mental em equilíbrio, de forma harmônica, consigo mesmo e com o meio.

Abstract:
Mental health has been affected by the work fator in human life, by various social, economic, cultural, political issues, among others. Psychodrama comes with the aim of investigating, taking care of human relationships, seeking to establish a healthy relationship network. So the general objective of the work ir to review the theme about mental health and work in a psychodramatic perspective. It is characterized by being a descriptive, narrative literature review study. The keywords were used: “work”, “mental health”, “psychodrama”, which were entered in the databases Scientific Eletronic Library Online, U. S. National Library of Medicine e Biblioteca Regional Library of Medicine. Mental illness and/or mental disorder comes as a product of several social determinantes in health, among them, work. This theme is discussed in the light of Psychodrama to what extent work is synonymous with quality of life and well-being in human life. In this way, the worker’s mental health depends on the relationships he develops in the course of his actions, his history, whwther before or after a particular job. Man is essentially relational and identifies and differentiates himself in the presence of the other. And it is in the relationship with these others and with work, that he will restore his mental health in balance, in a harmonious way, with himself and with the environment.
