Abstract: This article aims to reflect on the issue of granting benefits to improve the work environment. The work environment is composed of people who have different experiences, different creations and different personalities, and their interaction can cause conflicts, since each individual carries external stimuli, and perceive work in different ways. The work environment has become one of the biggest causes of psychosocial diseases in the contemporary world, and it is necessary to carry out a study that allows us to understand the way in which individuals who are inserted in this context can exercise their functions and perform their work activities. so that your physical, emotional and mental health is guaranteed in good condition. The methodology used consists of seeking to understand the topic through bibliographic and documentary references. However, it is considered necessary a deep reflection on the subject and the elaboration of concrete proposals that propitiate the change of the current paradigm.
