Abstract: In felines, ear canal tumors account for approximately 1–2% of all neoplasms in the species and exhibit a high malignancy rate exceeding 80%. Among these, ceruminous gland carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are the most prevalent types, whereas only about 8% of cutaneous sarcomas affect the auricular pinna. In this context, the present study aimed to report an uncommon case of a sarcoma located in the external ear of a cat. An eight-year-old, mixed-breed female cat presented with a neoformation on the left ear. On physical examination, a nodule measuring 0.7 × 0.6 × 0.5 cm was identified on the convex surface of the auricular pinna. The mass was exophytic, irregular, soft, intact, and non-adherent to deeper tissues. Cytopathologic evaluation of the lesion was inconclusive, and an excisional biopsy was therefore performed. The sample was submitted for histopathological examination, which confirmed a diagnosis of cutaneous sarcoma. Based on this finding, surgical removal of both auricular pinnas was carried out. In felines, this type of neoplasm should be considered among the differential diagnoses for auricular lesions.
