SANEAMENTO BÁSICO: FATORES HISTÓRICOS E DESIGUALDADES PERSISTENTES AOS DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS
A partir de uma análise bibliográfica, este artigo tem como objetivo a reflexão e discussão de um modo geral de uma das principais características do capitalismo e da sociedade de classes, a desigualdade social e econômica e como elas afetam a cada um quando relacionadas ao direito fundamental de acesso à política de saneamento básico de qualidade. A essencial intervenção do Estado não é suficiente ou então não é interessante devido à baixa visibilidade eleitoral cabendo, no contexto propositivo crítico interdisciplinar, ao profissional da assistência social intervenções em projetos que possam garantir direitos fundamentais conquistados e para muitos, ainda violados.

Abstract:
Based on a bibliographical analysis, this article aims to reflect and discuss in a general way one of the main characteristics of capitalism and class society, social and economic inequality and how they affect each one when related to the fundamental right access to quality basic sanitation policy. The essential intervention of the State is not enough or else it is not interesting due to its low electoral visibility. In the context of critical interdisciplinary proposals, it is the responsibility of the social welfare worker to intervene in projects that can guarantee fundamental rights won, and for many, still violated.
