Abstract: As part of the human rights of people, the sexual and reproductive rights of girls, boys and adolescents can be found, which are embodied in the Mexican constitution and secondary laws on infants. When dealing with sexual and reproductive health issues, these rights are relevant to the international treaties to which Mexico is a party. The first to address these issues of sexuality is within the family, contemplating truthful and timely information, transmitting it clearly and precisely to the minors in the houses, because it is currently known that they initiate sexual activity at very early age and the social problems of pregnancies at an early age would be avoided.
