SALA DE RECREAÇÃO PARA CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES EM TRATAMENTO HEMATO ONCOLOGICO: VISÃO DOS FAMILIARES: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Descrever a partir da literatura
cientifica as percepções dos familiares acerca da
importância da sala de recreação de crianças e
adolescentes em tratamento hemato oncológico.
Trata-se de estudo bibliográfico, descritivo
usando o método da revisão integrativa da
literatura. Fez-se o levantamento bibliográfico
na biblioteca virtual de saúde, utilizando os
seguintes descritores “câncer infantil” AND
“criança hospitalizada” AND, brinquedoteca”
AND, criança e adolescente com câncer”
AND, “família” AND, “Enfermagem oncológica”
AND, e empregados os limites: publicações
entre 2005 e 2013, idioma português, foram
identificados 11 estudos. Mediante leitura
exploratória, selecionou-se cinco artigos. Os
resultados de modo geral foram apresentados
em três temas: impacto do câncer infantil no
sistema familiar; a recreação terapêutica, como
possibilidade de favorecer a expressão, pela
criança e o adolescente, de seu cotidiano. A
necessidade de capacitação profissional e
apoio psicológico aos profissionais que atuam
no cuidado a esta clientela e valorização doa
aspectos subjetivos nos cuidados. A criança e o
adolescente com câncer configuraram-se como
um ir e vir permeando hora pela autenticidade,
quando assumiam sua doença e seu ser - para
–a morte, ora pela inautenticidade, quando se
deixava levar pelo modo de ser da decadência
dos familiares e da equipe de saúde. O brincar
pode favorecer um rico acesso às vivências da
criança e do adolescente gravemente doente.

Abstract:
To describe from the scientific
literature the family members’ perceptions
about the importance of the recreation room for
children and adolescents on hemato oncologic
treatment. This is a descriptive bibliographical
study using the integrative literature review
method. A bibliographic survey was performed
in the virtual health library, using the following
descriptors: “childhood cancer” AND
“hospitalized child” AND, “AND, and employed
the limits: publications between 2005 and 2013,
Portuguese language, 11 studies were identified.
Five articles were selected by exploratory
reading. The results were generally presented
in three themes: impact of childhood cancer in the family system; the therapeutic
recreation, as a possibility to favor the expression, by the child and the adolescent,
of their daily life. The need for professional training and psychological support to
professionals who work in the care of this clientele and valuation of the subjective
aspects in care. The child and the adolescent with cancer formed as a coming and
going permeating time for authenticity, when they assumed their illness and their being
- for - the death, sometimes for the inautenticity, when it was led by the way of being of
the decadence of the relatives and of the health team. Playing can foster rich access to
the experiences of the seriously ill child and adolescent.
