SALA DAS MARGARIDAS: UM ESPAÇO PARA ESCUTA E ACOLHIMENTO ÀS MULHERES EM SITUAÇÃO DE VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA
O presente estágio básico II, visou oferecer atendimento de escuta e acolhimento às mulheres em situação de violência, realizado no espaço denominado Sala das Margaridas, garantindo a privacidade para o relato das situações sofridas; favorecendo um momento de reflexão e a possível diminuição das ansiedades no momento do registro de ocorrência; bem como, proporcionando um atendimento diferenciado e acolhedor junto a Polícia Civil, no enfrentamento à violência contra a mulher. Para esta pesquisa, utilizou-se como método de estudo a abordagem quali-quantitativa, com natureza da pesquisa exploratória. O instrumento utilizado para a coleta de dados, foi a entrevista individual com perguntas não estruturadas, realizado na Delegacia de Polícia de Pronto Atendimento-DPPA em Bagé/RS, na Sala das Margaridas. A pesquisa apontou que a maioria das mulheres que procuraram a DPPA, buscavam por amparo jurídico, através do boletim de ocorrência, na qual formalizavam o pedido de medida protetiva. Desta forma, com o intuito de auxiliar o atendimento policial, por meio do Serviço de Psicologia, foi possível, prestar assistência individualizada, garantindo a privacidade e proporcionando momento de reflexão. Notou-se ao final do estágio, que o olhar técnico e mais humanizado as mulheres em situação de violência, através do acolhimento psicológico nas delegacias de polícia, trazem muitas contribuições para a condução dos atendimentos, assim como uma maior eficácia e efetividade do trabalho policial.

Abstract:
The present basic stage II, sought to offer listening and welcoming service to women in situations of violence, held in the space called Sala das Margaridas, ensuring privacy for reporting the situations suffered; favoring a moment of reflection and the possible reduction of anxieties at the time of recording the occurrence; as well as, providing a differentiated and welcoming service with the Civil Police, in the fight against violence against women. For this research, the qualitative-quantitative approach was used as a study method, with an exploratory research nature. The instrument used for data collection was the individual interview with unstructured questions, carried out at the Police Station of Emergency Care-DPPA in Bagé/RS, in Sala das Margaridas. The research showed that most women who sought the DPPA sought legal support, through the police report, in which they formalized the request for a protective measure. In this way, in order to assist police assistance, through the Psychology Service, it was possible to provide individualized assistance, guaranteeing privacy and providing a moment for reflection. It was noted at the end of the internship that the technical and more humanized look at women in situations of violence, through psychological reception in police stations, brings many contributions to the conduct of care, as well as greater effectiveness and effectiveness of police.
