SACUBITRIL/VALSARTANA UM NOVO OLHAR SOBRE A INSUFICIÊNCIA CARDÍACA
Define-se insuficiência cardíaca (IC) por uma patologia cardíaca, no qual há comprometimento da funcionabilidade no bombeamento do músculo cardíaco. Esta doença está associada a diversas comorbidades, como hipertensão arterial sistêmica (HAS) e diabetes mellitus (DM). Recentemente, foi apresentado um novo medicamento com o propósito de ampliar o espectro do tratamento além de proporcionar um melhor prognóstico ao paciente. O tratamento da IC foi potencializado com um fármaco que associa Valsartana (BRA) e uma nova droga, o Sacubitril. Essa associação é conhecida como LCZ696, essa droga atua tanto inibindo o receptor de angiotensina, quanto a neprilisina, respectivamente, Valsartana e Sacubitril. O objetivo é descrever os benefícios da nova terapia medicamentosa na IC e compreender as indicações e contraindicações do sacubitril/valsartana. Quanto a metodologia, esse trabalho trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica, na qual os levantamentos de referências ocorreram entre os meses de agosto a novembro de 2019, nas bases de dados LILACS, Scielo, MedLine, e Google Acadêmico, utilizando os termos: heart Failure, tratamento com o medicamento Entresto, com publicação que estivessem compreendidos entre 2007 e 2019. Perante aos resultaods, essa nova droga visa aderir benefícios ao paciente não somente em relação aos seus mecanismos farmacológicos benéficos constatados, mas também visa abordar o paciente de forma individualizada. Conclui-se que o sacubitril/valsartana demonstrou superioridade quando comparado a outros fármacos, havendo diminuição significativa dos desfechos de comorbidades. Outro fator positivo relatado, é a associação desse medicamento a um menor número de eventos adversos graves, aumentando a adesão ao tratamento.

Abstract:
Heart failure is defined by a cardiac pathology, in which there is impairment of the functioning of cardiac muscle pumping. This disease is associated with several comorbidities, such as systemic arterial hypertension (SAH) and diabetes mellitus (DM). Recently, a new drug was presented with the purpose of broadening the spectrum of treatment in addition to providing a better prognosis for the patient. The treatment of HF was enhanced with a drug that combines Valsartan (BRA) and a new drug, Sacubitril. This association is known as LCZ696, this drug acts both by inhibiting the angiotensin receptor and neprilisin, respectively, Valsartana and Sacubitril. The objective is to describe the benefits of the new drug therapy in HF and to understand the indications and contraindications of sacubitril / valsartan. As for the methodology, this work is a bibliographic review, in which the surveys of references took place between the months of August and November 2019, in the databases LILACS, Scielo, MedLine, and Google Acadêmico, using the terms: heart Failure, treatment with the medicine Entresto, published between 2007 and 2019. In view of the results, this new drug aims to add benefits to the patient not only in relation to its beneficial pharmacological devices, but also aims to approach the patient in an individualized way . It is concluded that sacubitril / valsartan alters the superiority when compared to other drugs, having reduced the outcomes of comorbidities. Another positive factor reported is the association of this medication with a smaller number of serious adverse events, increasing adherence to treatment.
