SABERES NAGÔ-IORUBÁ NA ARTE-EDUCAÇÃO: ARTE COMO RESISTÊNCIA E AUTOLEGITIMAÇÃO AFRO-BRASILEIRA
O presente artigo discorre sobre como surgiram as estruturas das relações entre as pesquisas do Núcleo Temático “Lugares Sociais da Arte” e a atuação docente no programa de Residência Pedagógica na rede pública de ensino em Juazeiro (BA). Criar espaços para que o estudante possa atuar sobre as adversidades reais da sociedade é um dos objetivos do componente curricular e do programa de Residência. Como forma de combater o apagamento da história nacional afro-brasileira, esse trabalho ressalta a importância de se pensar estratégias multidisciplinares de afirmação dos povos de matrizes africanas como participante na criação da cultura e civilização brasileira. Pensamentos, filosofias, religião e ética, expressos na arte afro-brasileira constitui parte substancial da história e cultura do grupo originário desse complexo modelo cultural

Abstract:
This article discusses how the structures of the relations between the researches of the Thematic Nucleus “Social Places of Art” and the teaching performance in the Pedagogical Residency program in the public school system in Juazeiro, Bahia, emerged. Creating spaces for the student to act on the real adversities of society is one of the objectives of the curricular component and the Residency program. As a way to combat the erasure of Afro-Brazilian national history, this work highlights the importance of thinking about multidisciplinary strategies for affirming peoples of African origin as a participant in the creation of Brazilian culture and civilization. Thoughts, philosophies, religion and ethics, expressed in Afro-Brazilian art, constitute a substantial part of the history and culture of the group originating from this complex cultural model.
