RUPTURA DO LIGAMENTO CRUZADO CRANIAL EM CÃES: SUTURA DE TÉCNICA EXTRACAPSULAR DE IMBRICAÇÃO EMPREGADA EM AVE
O presente artigo trata-se da realização da sutura fabelotibial em uma ave, através da técnica extracapsular de imbricação empregada em caninos na reconstituição da estabilidade da articulação do joelho pela ocorrência de ruptura do ligamento cruzado cranial acometido por traumas, degeneração articular e exposições de atividades excessivas. Na execução do método realizou-se a sutura na articulação dissecada de uma ave abatida da espécie Gallus gallus, sendo assim fez-se ancoragem do fio poliéster nos condilos femorais , constituindo a mesma função da união do fio náilon na fabela dos cães. Acrescenta-se a importância dos conhecimentos anatômico e fisiológico das espécies para a efetuação da técnica. Em vista disso, totaliza-se êxito da mesma a qual promove a função de reconstituição da articulação femorotibial do joelho, proporcionando equilíbrio mediante a sutura desempenhada

Abstract:
The present article deals with the accomplishment of the femoro-fabelo-tibial suture in a bird, through the extracapsular technique of imbrication used in canines in the reconstruction of the stability of the knee joint by the occurrence of rupture of the cranial cruciate ligament affected by traumas, joint degeneration, and expositions of excessive activities. In the execution of the method, the suture was made in the dissected articulation of slaughter a bird of the species Gallus gallus thus anchoring of the polyester thread was made in the femoral condyles, constituting the same function of the union of the nylon thread in the fabella of the dogs. Added is for the importance of the anatomical and physiological knowledge of the species for the accomplishment of the technique. In view of this, totalizes the success of the technique that promotes the function of the reconstitution of the femorotibial joint of the knee, providing balance through the suture performed.
