ROUND MULTIPROFISSIONAL EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA: DISCUSSÃO PARA A IMPLANTAÇÃO DE PROCEDIMENTO OPERACIONAL PADRÃO
O presente estudo abordará os rounds multiprofissionais realizados em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI), que são reuniões com a equipe onde é elencado problemas relacionados aos pacientes e estabelecido metas a serem cumpridas para a melhora clínica do mesmo. Tendo como objetivo relatar as percepções vivenciadas pelas acadêmicas durante os rounds e discutir sobre a implantação de procedimento operacional padrão. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, no período do mês de novembro de 2019, em UTI Adulto em hospital de médio porte no interior do estado do Rio grande do Sul. O procedimento operacional padrão foi desenvolvido entre as acadêmicas, a docente e a equipe multidisciplinar para sistematizar os rounds multidisciplinares. Sendo assim os rounds precisam ser organizados e ter um propósito claro, com foco no paciente, impedindo o prolongamento e improdutividade das reuniões. Conclusão: A partir do relato foi possível evidenciar a eficácia de uma assistência integrada, onde não é apenas o paciente e o familiar os beneficiados, mas sim toda a equipe multiprofissional. Como sugestão criamos um modelo de Procedimento Operacional Padrão que contribuirá significativamente para a prática clínica no cuidado em UTI

Abstract:
This study will address the multidisciplinary rounds carried out in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), which are meetings with the team where problems related to patients are listed and goals to be met for the clinical improvement of the same. Objective: To report the perceptions experienced by academics during the rounds and discuss the implementation of standard operating procedures. This is an experience report, in the period of November 2019, in Adult ICU in a medium-sized hospital in the interior of the state of Rio Grande do Sul . The standard operating procedure was developed between the academics, the teacher and the multidisciplinary team to systematize the multidisciplinary rounds. Therefore, the rounds need to be organized and have a clear purpose, with a focus on the patient, preventing the prolongation and unproductiveness of the meetings. Conclusion: Based on the report, it was possible to show the effectiveness of integrated care, where it is not only the patient and family member who benefit, but the entire multidisciplinary team. As a suggestion, we created a Standard Operating Procedure model that will significantly contribute to clinical practice in ICU care.
