RODA DE CONVERSA COM COORDENADORES DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: AMPLIANDO CAMINHOS
Este trabalho apresenta o Projeto
de formação continuada constituído no formato
Roda de Conversa, que foi estruturado para
envolver todos os Coordenadores Pedagógicos
da Educação Infantil Municipal de Rondonópolis,
MT. A dinâmica da Roda de Conversa promove
um espaço de estudo e de aprendizagens
compartilhadas, servindo como forte elo entre
a Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED)
e as instituições de Educação Infantil. Parecenos,
apropriado pensar os atores da escola
pelas lentes dos coordenadores, pois são eles
que orientam e conduzem todo o trabalho
pedagógico desenvolvido nas instituições
educacionais. Assim, o objetivo basilar deste
projeto é estabelecer relações dialógicas com
os coordenadores, considerando sua função
nuclear (formação continuada) nas unidades
escolares, visando o fortalecimento da formação
centrada na escola, em consonância com as
orientações de bases nacional e municipal.
O Projeto tem a duração de dez meses (de
fevereiro a novembro) com dez encontros
presenciais, que acontecem mensalmente
na secretaria municipal de educação, e têm
a duração de três horas. Estes encontros são
iniciados com a exposição de um tema curricular
da educação infantil (feita por um especialista)
e posteriormente é aberto o diálogo. O
resultado primeiro deste trabalho é a abertura
a novas possibilidades, permitidas por meio
dos diferentes olhares e posicionamentos dos
participantes, há também o estreitamento de
vínculos entre a SEMED e os coordenadores.
Além das ricas trocas de experiências, há a
ampliação do repertório teórico metodológico
de todos os envolvidos.

Abstract:
This paper presents the Project of
Continuing Education composed in the format
Yarning Circle, which was structured to involve
all the Pedagogical Coordinators of the Municipal
Early Childhood Education in Rondonópolis, MT.
The dynamics of the yarning circle promotes a
space for study and shared learnings, serving
as a strong link between the Municipal Secretary
of Education and the institutions of childhood

education. It seems appropriate to think of the actors of the school through the lens
of the coordinators, since it is they who mentor and conduct all the pedagogical work
developed in the educational institutions. Therefore, the basic objective of this project
is to establish dialogic relations with the coordinators, considering their core function
(continuing education) in the school units, aiming for the strengthening of the education
centered in the school, in accordance with the guidelines of the national and municipal
bases. The Project has the duration of ten months (from February to November) with
ten meetings, which happen monthly at the Municipal Secretary of Education, and
have the duration of three hours. These meetings launched with the exposition of a
curricular theme of childhood education (conducted by a specialist) and posteriorly the
dialogue is opened. The first result of this work is the openness to new possibilities,
allowed through the different perspectives and stances of the participants, there also
is the tightening of the relation between the SEMED and the coordinators. Besides the
rich exchange of experiences, there is the broadening of the theoretical methodological
repertory of all the involved.
