RISCOS PSICOSSOCIAIS RELACIONADOS AO ENFERMEIRO EM UNIDADE DE INTERNAÇÃO CLÍNICA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O direito a saúde é assegurado pela Constituição Federal de 1988. Mediante a análise desse direito fundamental nota-se a relevância do trabalho dos profissionais da saúde para suprir as necessidades biopsicossociais daqueles que estão aos seus cuidados. A contribuição da equipe de enfermagem transcende a prática assistencial visto que estes profissionais diversas vezes estão envolvidos em situações que transgridem a sua própria segurança o que deveria ser inviolável de acordo com os preceitos de regulamentações vigentes. Na vivência profissional ressaltou-se o comportamento agressivo e o desrespeito aos profissionais de enfermagem na assistência a pacientes ex-apenados, toxicômanos e integrante de facções criminosas, resultando em uma relação de medo, intimidação e insegurança tornando a prática laboral um desafio, transitando entre riscos psicossociais para promover saúde com qualidade e segurança e seguir o princípio da universalidade. Objetivo: Relatar os fatores de riscos psicossociais e violação da segurança da enfermagem na assistência ao paciente com registros antecedentes criminais. Método: Relato de experiência fundamentado a partir da vivência assistencial das enfermeiras no cuidado a pacientes infratores no período de janeiro/2017 a junho/219 em uma Unidade de Internação Clínica de um Hospital Universitário em POA/RS. Participaram do estudo seis enfermeiras dos turnos manhã, tarde e noite. Foram realizados encontros para compartilhar os fatores de riscos psicossociais vivenciados na assistência a esse paciente. Resultados: medo de sofrer violência física, preocupações com a segurança física da equipe assistencial e demais pacientes hospitalizados, receio da ocorrência de eventos adversos durante a realização de procedimentos de enfermagem sob pressão, impotência, reflexões sobre o processo saúde-doença dos enfermeiros. Conclusão: desmotivação dos enfermeiros por exposição aos riscos laborais, diminuição da produtividade podendo ter implicações nos procedimentos de enfermagem. Alguns aspectos devem ser fortalecidos pela instituição por meio do acréscimo de ações conjuntas de equipes multiprofissionais visando redução destes fatores estressantes.

Abstract:
The right to health is guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988. The analysis of this fundamental right brings light to the relevance of the work of health professionals in meeting the biopsychosocial needs of those who are in their care. The contribution of the nursing team transcends care practice since these professionals are sometimes involved in situations that transgress their own safety, which should be inviolable, according to the standard of current regulations. In the professional experience, aggressive behavior and disrespect to nursing professionals in the care of ex-convicted patients, drug addicts and members of criminal factions were experienced, resulting in a relationship of fear, intimidation and insecurity. Events of this kind make the work practice a challenge that moves between psychosocial risks to promote health with quality and safety, and the pursuit of the principle of universality. Objective: reporting psychosocial risk factors and violation of nursing safety in the assistance of patients with criminal records. Method: Experience report based on the practice of nurses attending an offender patient from January/2017 to June/219 in a Clinical Hospitalization Unit of a University Hospital in Porto Alegre. Six nurses in the morning, afternoon and night shifts participated in the study. Meetings were held to share the psychosocial risk factors experienced in the watch of this patient. Results: fear of physical violence, concerns about the physical safety of the care team and other hospitalized patients, fear of adverse events during the performance of nursing procedures under pressure, impotence and consequences on the health-disease process of nurses. Conclusion: nurses were demotivated due to exposure to occupational risks, the productivity decreased and there were implications on nursing procedures. Some aspects should be strengthened by the institution through the addition of joint actions of multidisciplinary teams aimed at reducing these stressful factors.
