REVITALIZAÇÃO DO CÓRREGO BARRO ALTO
O tema deste artigo perfaz um projeto de revitalização do córrego Barro Alto no município de
Padre Bernardo no estado de Goiás, Brasil. Os corpos d’água urbanos são importantes na
manutenção dos atendimentos as comunidades locais para lazer, abastecimento, dentre outras
funcionalidades que permeiam a qualidade de vida e saúde da população. Como projeto
aplicado para o bem social, este apresenta o objetivo principal a vivencia, interação, respeito e
proteção do que ainda resta do córrego Barro Alto. Por meio deste projeto iremos frisar a
necessidade da consciência dos proprietários da terra por onde corre o leito do rio sobre a
preservação mínima da mata ciliar, que é vital para preservação de um rio.A metodologia
envolve abordagem qualitativa de investigação através de elementos motivacionais para
participação comunitária local e escolar, sendo a Escola Municipal Jardim das Acácias a
instituição executora do projeto com auxílio da comunidade aos arredores do córrego Barro
Alto, especialmente no bairro Jardim das Acácias. Os resultados apresentaram respostas
positivas quanto aos efeitos da aplicação do projeto, mesmo que de maneira mais a superfície
da ação pretendida, pois a prefeitura ainda não se manifestou quanto a ajuda com recursos
financeiros para a continuidade da aplicação do projeto, sendo anseio, a implementação
permanente para uma atuação sustentável ao meio ambiente local

Abstract:
The theme of this article is part of a project to revitalize the Barro Alto stream in the municipality of Padre Bernardo in the state of Goiás, Brazil. Urban water bodies are important in maintaining service to local communities for leisure, supply, among other features that permeate the quality of life and health of the population. As a project applied to social good, this has the main objective of experiencing, interacting, respecting and protecting what still remains of the Barro Alto stream. Through this project we will emphasize the need for the consciousness of the landowners through which the riverbed flows about the minimum preservation of the riparian forest, which is vital for the preservation of a river. The methodology involves a qualitative approach of investigation through motivational elements for local and school community participation, with the Jardim das Acácias Municipal School as the executing institution of the project with help from the community around the Barro Alto stream, especially in the Jardim das Acácias neighborhood. The results showed positive responses regarding the effects of the application of the project, even if in a more superficial way of the intended action, since the city hall has not yet expressed itself as to the help with financial resources for the continuity of the application of the project, with the desire to implement permanent role for sustainable action to the local environment.
