REVISÃO NARRATIVA SOBRE MANEJO DE TEMPERATURA EM VÍTIMA DE PARADA CARDIORRESPIRATÓRIA
A parada cardiorrespiratória é uma grande causadora de danos cerebrais aos sobreviventes desse evento. Alcançar um bom resultado neurológico após esse tipo de ocorrência é algo extremamente difícil. O tratamento rápido e eficaz e as intervenções precoces durante a fase de reanimação são críticos para o prognóstico desse tipo de vítima. Evidências experimentais e vários estudos já publicados indicam que a hipotermia terapêutica é benéfica. O objetivo deste presente estudo é elucidar a maneira correta e eficaz da realização desse tipo de tratamento para os pacientes pós-parada cardíaca.

Abstract:
Cardiorespiratory arrest is a major cause of brain damage to survivors of this event. Achieving a good neurological result after this type of occurrence is extremely difficult. Fast and effective treatment and how Early interventions during a resuscitation phares carried over to the prognosis of this type of victim. Experimental evidence and several published studies that therapeutic hypothermia is beneficial. The aim of this study is to elucidate the correct and effective way to carry out this type of treatment for post-cardiac arrest patients.
