REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA SOBRE A SIMULAÇÃO REALÍSTICA COMO FERRAMENTA DE TREINAMENTO DA REANIMAÇÃO NEONATAL PARA OS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM
Introdução: Intervenções em neonatos devem ser sempre realizadas com o máximo de cuidado e destreza, por se tratar de uma fisiologia diferente dos adultos precisa-se de conhecimentos específicos voltado para esse público ainda mais quando se trata de reanimação cardiopulmonar onde necessita-se de um protocolo diferenciado. Objetivo: Identificar evidências científicas acerca da importância do uso da simulação realística como ferramenta de ensino para os profissionais de enfermagem quanto ao uso das diretrizes de reanimação neonatal. Descrever o uso do método da simulação realística como forma de ensino-aprendizagem e discorrer acerca da simulação realística com a equipe de enfermagem como metodologia de ensino e aprendizagem. Método: tratou-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, onde foram reunidos estudos relacionados ao tema proposto. Resultados Esperados: Ressaltar a importância do uso da simulação realística como ferramenta de ensino-aprendizagem; observar a eficácia do uso da simulação realística como ferramenta de ensino-aprendizagem; oferecer conhecimentos científicos a todos os profissionais envolvidos direta ou indiretamente no atendimento ao recém-nascido. Conclusão: concluiu-se por meio deste trabalho que a figura da simulação enquanto metodologia ativa é apropriada para gerar benefícios para o trabalho dos profissionais da saúde, de maneira especial aos enfermeiros nas unidades neonatais e salas de parto, bem como os estudantes da área da saúde.

Abstract:
Introduction: Interventions in neonates should always be carried out with the utmost care and dexterity, as it is a physiology different from adults, specific knowledge is needed for this audience even more when it comes to cardiopulmonary resuscitation where it is needed a differentiated protocol. Objective: To identify scientific evidence about the importance of using realistic simulation as a teaching tool for nursing professionals regarding the use of neonatal resuscitation guidelines. Describe the use of the realistic simulation method as a form of teaching-learning and discuss the realistic simulation with the nursing staff as a teaching and learning methodology. Method: it was an integrative literature review, where studies related to the proposed theme were gathered. Expected Results: Emphasize the importance of using realistic simulation as a teaching-learning tool; observe the effectiveness of using realistic simulation as a teaching-learning tool; offer scientific knowledge to all professionals directly or indirectly involved in newborn care. Conclusion: it was concluded through this work that the figure of simulation as an active methodology is appropriate to generate benefits for the work of health professionals, especially nurses in neonatal units and delivery rooms, as well as students in the area of Cheers.
