REVISÃO DE LITERATURA: MÉTODOS DE ISOLAMENTO, PRESERVAÇÃO, CULTIVO, INOCULAÇÃO E AVALIAÇÃO DAS FERRUGENS
A ferrugem é uma das doenças
mais importantes na agricultura, por atacar
uma ampla gama de hospedeiros e mostrase
de formas bastante variadas. O objetivo
do presente trabalho foi analisar métodos de
isolamento (preservação) dos urediniósporos
para estudos com o patógeno afim de conserválos
em condições controladas por longos
períodos de armazenamento, mantendo as
características essenciais dos microrganismos,
visando a viabilidade dos urediniósporos, e
infectividade do agente causal das ferrugens,
na ausência do hospedeiro principal, para obterse
uma melhor compreensão da epidemiologia
do patossistema. Buscar maneiras de cultivo
que obtivessem êxito em seu cultivo para ter-se
como ferramenta de estudos relativos à biologia,
patogenicidade e manutenção de culturas.
Visou verificar um método de inoculação
das ferrugens sob condições ambientais
controladas, baseados nos procedimentos
operacionais padrão na fitopatologia,
mensurando a severidade da doença. Averiguar
o uso de escalas diagramáticas na avaliação,
com a finalidade de comparação e estimativa
dos níveis e progresso da doença, reduzindo
a subjetividade das avaliações. Portanto, foi
desígnio desta revisão recopilar as informações
mais relevantes sobre o assunto proposto de
modo o mais explicativo e entendível, com o
ensino de técnicas e requisitos básicos para
o desenvolvimento de pesquisas de agentes
fitopatogênicos para o leitor

Abstract:
Rust is one of the most important
diseases in agriculture, for attacking a wide
range of hosts and shows itself in many different
ways. The present work was constructed
with data isolation methods for long periods
for studies with the objective of conserving the stored data for long periods of time,
maintaining itself as an essential characteristic of the microorganisms, aiming at a
viability of the uredymospores, and infectivity of the agent causality of the rust, in the
absence of the principal, to obtain a better understanding of the pathological system
epidemiology. Search the cultivation which will be used in the cultivation and the same
studies of biology, patogenicity and maintenance of cultures. The objective was to
verify the inoculation method of injections in controlled systems, in operational systems
in phytopathology, by measuring the severity of the disease. The use of scales of
diagrams in the evaluation, with the purpose of comparison and the indication of the
levels and progress of the disease, under the norms of the evaluations. Therefore, it
was deregulated this review to compile as more information on the older topic in order
to explain and understand, with teaching techniques and basic requirements for the
development of research of phytopathogenic agents to the reader.
