Revisão de Literatura : HABITAÇÃO DE INTERESSE SOCIAL
O presente estudo tem por motivação realizar uma revisão bibliográfica a respeito do desenvolvimento habitacional no brasil e suas políticas habitacionais geradas pelo governo com a intenção de sanar o déficit habitacional. É apresentado sucintamente o contexto da habitação de interesse social no mundo, entrando no contexto da habitação social no Brasil e fechando com a diferença entres os últimos programas habitacionais dispostos pelo governo, Minha casa, minha vida e o Casa Verde e Amarela.

Abstract:
The present study is motivated to carry out a literature review regarding housing development in Brazil and its government-generated housing policies with the intention of remedying the housing deficit. The context of social housing in the world is briefly presented, entering into the context of social housing in Brazil and closing with the difference between the housing programs provided by the government, Minha casa, minha vida and Casa Verde e Amarela.
