REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA SOBRE O USO DE SMARTPHONES PARA REALIZAÇÃO DE ELETROCARDIOGRAMAS NA ISQUEMIA E NA FIBRILAÇÃO ATRIAL
O diagnóstico precoce da isquemia
miocárdica é fator fundamental para a redução
da mortalidade e das possíveis sequelas para
o paciente. Um dos exames mais precisos
para esse diagnóstico é o eletrocardiograma
(ECG). Os smartphones estão se tornando
cada vez mais difundidos em toda a população,
fornecendo uma plataforma alternativa
potencial extensão do ECG a novos ambientes
no atendimento emergnecial. Foi realizado um
levantamento na literatura dos estudos que
utilizaram smartphones para o diagnóstico do
infarto do miocárdio e de arritmias cardíacas.
Na maioria dos estudos foi evidenciado que
existe uma boa correlação entre os iECGs e o
ECG convencional com elevada sensibilidade e
especificidade. A heterogeneidade dos ensaios
clínicos randomizados dificulta a elaboração
de conclusões inequívocas se a prática deste
método pode ser baseada em evidências
científicas até o momento. Novos estudos são
necessários para a definição de quando e como
os (iECGs) poderão ser usados no diagnóstico
precoce das síndromes coronarianas agudas e
na condução de pacientes cardiopatas

Abstract:
The early diagnosis of myocardial
ischemia is a fundamental factor for the
reduction of mortality and possible sequelae for
the patient. One of the most accurate tests for
this diagnosis is the electrocardiogram (ECG).
Smartphones are becoming increasingly
widespread across the population, providing
a potential alternative platform to extend the
ECG to new environments in emergency care.
A literature review of the studies that used
smartphones for the diagnosis of myocardial
infarction and cardiac arrhythmias was carried
out. In the majority of the studies it was evidenced
that there is a good correlation between the
iECGs and the conventional ECG with high
sensitivity and specificity. The heterogeneity of
randomized clinical trials makes it difficult to draw
unequivocal conclusions whether the practice of
this method can be based on scientific evidence
to date. Further studies are needed to define
when and how (iECGs) can be used in the early
diagnosis of acute coronary syndromes and in
the management of patients with heart disease
