Abstract: The revascularization of permanent teeth with incomplete rhizogenesis is a technique that has gained more and more space in endodontics. It is an alternative to conventional root canal treatment in cases of pulpal necrosis in young teeth, in which the root is not yet fully formed. The aim of the procedure is to stimulate the differentiation and growth of pulp tissue cells so that new dentin tissue is formed and the root of the tooth can continue to develop. The objective of this monograph is to review the most recent studies on the effectiveness of revascularization in permanent teeth with incomplete rhizogenesis, evaluating its success rate and the indications and limitations of the technique. Using keywords such as "revascularization", "pulp regeneration", "incomplete rhizogenesis", "young teeth" and "MTA". Published studies that evaluated the effectiveness of the technique in permanent teeth with incomplete rhizogenesis were selected. Conclusion: Revascularization of permanent teeth with incomplete rhizogenesis is a promising technique, with success rates ranging from 70% to 96%, depending on the stage of root development and the presence of periapical lesions. The technique is an effective alternative to conventional root canal treatment in cases of pulp necrosis in young teeth. However, further studies are needed to better assess the effectiveness of the technique in different clinical settings.
