• Abstract: ABSTRACT This work was initially provoked for the composition of an exercise of the discipline "Integrating Seminar" of the Specialization Course in Family Health by the Universidade Aberta do SUS - UnB as a proposal for the development of a Course Completion Work; proposing to contribute to Primary Health Care in a theoretical-practical way, by producing a writing based on methodologies oriented to apprehend a current reality, based on an integrative analysis of data from the Integrated Health System (SIS) and others available data systems or surveys, basing them on the method of Rapid Participatory Estimation (ERP) to carry out a proposal for Situational Strategic Planning (PES) by Carlos Matos in the territory of the Basic Health Unit of Areia Branca I – Canguaretama/ RN, in which this author currently practices as a physician through the Mais Médicos Para O Brasil – Twenty-third Cycle program. It points, therefore, in its objective purpose: to elaborate an Action Plan – with solutions to problems raised in this community. During this process, the enormous potential of the systematic practice of the Team Meeting was verified for the proposed objectives of the PES as well as for the continuous monitoring and implementation of its objectives, registered here in its main aspects.
