RETRATO DA INSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO DA EAD NA REDE FEDERAL
A presente pesquisa tem
como objetivo apresentar o retrato da
institucionalização da EaD na Rede Federal de
Educação Profissional. A pesquisa baseou-se
nas informações de um Grupo de Trabalho criado
pelo Conselho Nacional de Instituições da Rede
Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica
e Tecnológica (Conif), com representação
de instituições das cinco regiões do país. O
objetivo do Grupo de Trabalho era subsidiar
a Rede Federal com informações e propostas
sobre o processo de institucionalização do
EaD, permitindo-lhe implementar melhorias
e fazer propostas ao governo para consolidar
o processo. Como metodologia do presente
estudo, utilizou-se o procedimento técnico de
levantamento, por meio de um questionário
com toda a Rede Federal, que foi respondido
de forma significativa por 38 das 41 instituições.
Como resultado, devido à falta de diretrizes
do MEC e do Conif, a Rede apresenta grande
diversidade na institucionalização da EaD, há
carência de cursos institucionalizados, forte
dependência de programas de desenvolvimento
externo, necessidade de definições de estrutura
e padrões, entre outras diferenças

Abstract:
The present research aims to
present the portrait of the institutionalization
of EaD in the Federal Network of Professional
Education. The research was based on
information from a Working Group created
by the National Council of Institutions of the
Federal Network of Vocational, Scientific
and Technological Education (Conif), with
representation of institutions from the five regions
of the country. The objective of the Working
Group was to subsidize the Federal Network
with information and proposals on the process
of institutionalization of the EAD, allowing it to
implement improvements and make proposals
to the government to consolidate the process.
As the methodology of the present study,
the technical procedure of survey was used,
through a questionnaire with the entire Federal Network, which was answered in a
significant way by 38 of the 41 institutions. As a result, due to the lack of MEC and Conif
guidelines, the Network presents great diversity in the institutionalization of EAD, lack
of institutionalized courses, strong dependence on external development programs,
need for definitions of structure and standards, among other differences.
