RETORNO DAS AULAS PRESENCIAIS: Um olhar reflexivo e especial dos docentes no desenvolvimento do processo da aprendizagem dos discentes.
A presente pesquisa realiza uma reflexão sobre o retorno as aulas presenciais enfatizando sobre os desafios que as escolas e docentes terão que enfrentar mais uma vez, haja vista que com as aulas remotas que foram determinadas pela a política de distanciamento da pandemia do Covid-19, estamos enfrentando vários desafios, onde foi imprescindível que nos reinventássemos para atender uma educação transformadora e tecnológica e não deixar os alunos sem aulas. Trata-se um estudo bibliográfico, apresentando como objetivo: Verificar: Como as escolas irão conduzir o retorno das aulas presencias no pós pandemia. Sendo uma abordagem relevante para o âmbito educacional e os docentes, haja vista que com a aplicação da vacinas, alguns segmentos já estão cogitando a volta as aula presenciais que ainda não tem data prevista. Diante disso o estudo aborda a seguinte indagação: Como as escolas irão conduzir o retorno das aulas presencias do pós pandemia? Essas discussões são cruciais no momento, pois estaremos recebendo alunos com vários aspectos emocionais abalados adquiridos pela a pandemia como: medo, ansiedade, insegurança entre outros sentimentos que afetam o processo de ensino aprendizagem. Para tanto as instituições e professores precisam compreender que terão mais desafios pôr a frente e faz-se necessário uma postura acolhedora com olhar especial para que os alunos consigam ser inseridos nessa nova realidade de educação e potencializando o seu processo de ensino aprendizagem.

Abstract:
This research reflects on the return to in-person classes, emphasizing the challenges that schools and teachers will have to face once again, given that with the remote classes that were determined by the Covid-19 pandemic distancing policy, We are facing several challenges, where it was essential that we reinvent ourselves to meet a transformative and technological education and not leave students without classes. This is a bibliographical study, with the objective of: Verifying: How schools will conduct the return of classroom classes in the post pandemic period. This is a relevant approach for the educational scope and teachers, given that with the application of vaccines, some segments are already considering a return to classroom classes, which do not yet have a scheduled date. In view of this, the study addresses the following question: How will schools conduct the return of in-person classes in the post pandemic? These discussions are crucial at the moment, as we will be receiving students with various emotional aspects affected by the pandemic, such as fear, anxiety, insecurity, among other feelings that affect the teaching-learning process. For this, institutions and teachers need to understand that they will have more challenges to face and it is necessary to have a welcoming posture with a special look so that students can be inserted in this new reality of education and enhance their teaching-learning process.
