RETINOPATIA HIPERTENSIVA: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
Serão analisadas literaturas as quais relatam as alterações clássicas da Retinopatia Hipertensiva (RH) e suas classificações, associado aos achados da hipertensão arterial sistêmica. Foi abordado o estudo da visão, interpretada por meio dos sinais do envolvimento do bulbo ocular por meio da Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica (HAS), baseando-se na diversidade das metodologias de investigação da retinopatia, comentando sobre a repercussão desta, na prevalência da RH e suas associações com outros sistemas, como é o caso do órgão-alvo da HAS, em um contexto relacionado à síndrome metabólica e outros fatores associados à fisiopatologia da HAS, como a leptina.

Abstract:
Literature will be analyzed which report the classic alterations of Hypertensive Retinopathy (HR) and its classifications, associated with the findings of systemic arterial hypertension. The study of vision was approached, interpreted through the signs of involvement of the eyeball through Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH), based on the diversity of methodologies for investigating retinopathy, commenting on its repercussion on the prevalence of HR and its associations with other systems, such as the target organ of SAH, in a context related to metabolic syndrome and other factors associated with the pathophysiology of SAH, such as leptin.
