Abstract: This study has to aim to think about the teaching and the evaluation of writing and rewriting process of narrative texts elaborated by students of Elementary School, intervening appropriately in the text production so that make them progress in it. For that, this research is based on retextualization as writing process, considering the expressive elements present in every version of short story of authorship. Then, the selected corpus is made up for three rewritten texts until its sixth and eighth grade students’ final written of Elementary School. In front of this context, this work was applied in a project of São Paulo municipal administration called ASL (Academia Estudantil de Letras)*, which promotes the humanized teaching of literature and scenic arts. The adopted methodology was to select and raise the theoretical scope of the authors: perform readings of mystery and haunting short stories to build up the literary repertoire of the students, emphasizing the books Contos de morte morrida (Ernani Ssó) and Contos de como enganar a morte (Ricardo Azevedo), and propose a writing guide which provides the exercise of writing and rewriting until the final text elaboration, mitigating the difficulties of writing and broaden the literacy, strengthening alphabetization elements which have not been resolved in cycle I. This research adopted the theoretical pillar of Stylistics, following the authors: Martins (2012), Lapa (1977), Câmara (1985), in dialogue with Textual Linguistics, with emphasis in retextualization and rewritten, based on authors such as Rey-Debove (1996), , Neuza Travaglia (2013), Marcuschi (2001-2008), Adam (2011), and with Phonetics and Phonology area, based on Cagliari (1996) e Lemle (1987); Teaching and Education, highlighting the aspects of alphabetization and literacy in accordance with Soares (2016-2017), Lerner (2007), Freire (2011) and Ferreiro &Teberosky (1999-2007), Weisz (2002). In this sense, this project is justified by the possibility to analyze the importance of retextualization and the expressiveness as textual writing process. *SAL (Students Academy of Letters)
