RETALHOS DE EXPERIÊNCIAS SOBRE A PROPOSTA POLITICO-PEDAGÓGICA DAS ESCOLAS MUNICIPAIS DE SENTO-SÉ/BAHIA: CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA UMA GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA, NUMA VISÃO DE EDUCAÇÃO CONTEXTUALIZADA PARA CONVIVÊNCIA COM O SEMIÁRIDO BRASILEIRO
Ao longo dos anos a educação brasileira tem passado por diversas transformações, onde se busca resultados positivos e significativos no que se refere ao ensino e a aprendizagem. A presente pesquisa discute a importância da implantação da Proposta Político-Pedagógica das Escolas Municipais de Sento-Sé, na teoria e prática para a consolidação da gestão democrática, especificamente na Escola Núcleo Vereador Antonio Alves de Souza, no povoado de Piçarrão, distrito de Sento-Sé-BA. A escolha da escola se deu, por conta de algumas experiências da pesquisadora, já vivenciadas na mesma. Assim, tenta-se contribuir para uma gestão democrática, numa visão de Educação Contextualizada para Convivência com o Semiárido Brasileiro, como elemento principal para a construção de uma escola mais inclusiva em todos os aspectos, contribuindo como um instrumento de transformação social.

Abstract:
Throughout the Brazilian education system has changed a lot, arming at positive and meaningful results related to teaching-learning process. This study discusses the importance of implementing the Political-Pedagogical Proposal in the schools of Sento-Sé city, in theory and practice, the consolidation of democratic governance, specifically in a school called Escola Núcleo Vereador Antonio Alves de Souza, in the county named Piçarrão, belonging to Sento-Sé city. The school choice took place through some of the researcher's experience. So this researcher design itself in a trial to contribute to reinforce the democratic governance, having a critical vision of Contextualized Education for Coexistence in the Brazilian Semi-arid, the main element to build up a school environment in which it shall be more open in all aspects as well as a tool for social transformation.
